1. Definitions and Application
When you're dealing with global freight, terminology matters. Within this agreement, "the Company" refers to 1125 WAREHOUSE RESTAURANT CORP, and "the Customer" is any party requesting transport or transit services. We're proud to operate under industry-standard FIATA regulations where applicable.
2. Cargo Liability and Insurance
We take every precaution, but the nature of transit involves risks. You'll find that our liability is limited according to the type of transport selected (Air, Sea, or Road). We strongly suggest that all customers arrange for their own comprehensive cargo insurance. We're happy to facilitate this upon request.
3. Storage and Warehousing Agreements
Need safe harbor for your goods? Our storage terms ensure that inventory is tracked and maintained in secure environments. Storage charges are calculated monthly, and we require at least 48 hours' notice for most withdrawal requests. It's just safer that way.
4. Forwarding and Delivery Protocols
Forwarding isn't just about movement; it's about precision. 1125 WAREHOUSE RESTAURANT CORP reserves the right to choose the most efficient route and carrier unless you specify otherwise in writing. Who wouldn't want the most reliable path for their cargo?
Note: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate court system located in Coral Springs or the surrounding regions.
